Today I found interesting news from Japanese news paper.
According to that, Japanese steel structure facilities company took out a patent for the typhoon.
It said lets a submarine dispatch in the sea area that a typhoon goes ahead through and seems to weaken power by drawing underwater low temperature water, and lowering the surface of the sea water temperature.
It is structure drawing the seawater of the low temperature from depth of the water 30 meters on the surface of the sea after the patent is a name called "the sea water temperature fall device", and having installed 20 meters in length, water line 8 with the pump of a diameter of 70 centimeters on both sides of the submarine.
It is lowered water temperature by around 3 degrees at peripheral sea area 57,600 square meters in one hour when I deploy 20 submarines in the course of the typhoon, and it is said that it is weakened the power of the typhoon.
According to Meteorological Res. Inst., it is said that higher than 27 degrees become an aim to maintain power in the condition that it is important that sea water temperature is more than 25-26 degrees for the outbreak of the typhoon. When there "is the problem in precision of the course expectation of the typhoon under the present conditions, but can lower a typhoon theoretically", the research institute evaluates this patent.
In Japan, the typhoon occurs very well. Especially, Kyushu where I live so I'm really glad to hear this!

Some countries has big damage like that houses are broken and some people dead.
I also saw the american typoon by the news.

That's sound scarely. Every year, Typhoons attack japan, also we got a lot of Earthquake. Japan have a lot of disaster but we have graet economy. I think it is really miracle!
